1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our support team at avnspooncompany@gmail.com.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted only in the case of:

Manufacturing defects

Wrong product delivered

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Customized or personalized wooden items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card/Net Banking).

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or customer negligence will not be eligible for refunds.

Gift cards, vouchers, or discounted products are non-refundable.
