1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them by contacting our support team at avnspooncompany@gmail.com.

  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of:
  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customized or personalized wooden items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay/UPI/Card/Net Banking).

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or customer negligence will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or discounted products are non-refundable.

  1. Check your bank account or payment wallet again.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
